Frequently asked questions

Your questions.
A clearer beginning.

Useful information about classes, training, fees, access and the first step into NAYI.

Is NAYI suitable for beginners?

Yes. Explore Classical Yoga for a regular practice, or ask faculty about the foundational YPI certification course.

Can I study online or in a hybrid format?

Yes. Options differ by programme. The class and training pages list the source-provided format for each offering.

Where are the Mumbai classes?

Hedgewar Hall, Hedgewar Ground, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai 400047. Evening fitness classes are also listed at Sadhana Hall, Tejpal Cross Road No. 4.

What are the regular class fees?

The source lists Classical Yoga and Fitness Yoga at ₹1,500, Infinite Mind at ₹1,000 per month and Yoga Therapy Classes at ₹2,500. Confirm the fee period and current pricing with the institute.

What does YPI teacher training cost?

₹18,000, payable in three instalments, plus a ₹2,000 examination fee. Other course and international fees are available on enquiry.

How do I join the free master class?

Contact admissions about the next Infinite Mind online master class. Confirm the current introductory 50% offer before booking.

Are Ayurveda courses the same as AYUSH certification?

No. AYUSH is the government ministry named in the reference’s yoga certification information. A separate Ayurveda curriculum is not published on the reference site; ask admissions about that offering.

Can I book a retreat?

Ask admissions for the next Alibag retreat dates, pricing and availability. The reference listing does not specify a month for its 27–28 weekend.

How does WhatsApp enquiry work?

Enter your name and programme interest on the contact page. The site opens a draft message in WhatsApp for you to review and send; it does not silently submit an enquiry.

What if I have a medical condition?

Consult your clinician before beginning a new practice, and discuss suitability with the teacher. Yoga does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
